Innovative Approaches to International Supply Chain Strategies

In an ever-evolving global economy, companies are developing new supply chain networks both domestically and internationally, in some cases overhauling the decades-long trend of supply chain globalization. These new approaches are driven by the need to reduce risk and build resilience, to overcome supply chain disruptions due to regional conflict, natural disasters, tariff and non-tariff trade barriers, and other regulatory changes reshaping international trade. The keynote will focus especially on how Asian economies strive to gain competitiveness amid supply chain diversification. It will delve into how companies are adapting, innovating, and overcoming obstacles in the face of new dynamics.
